1.What is the ELEMIS Membership Rewards?

ELEMIS Membership Rewards is a membership program that’s specially curated to reward our loyal customers. For every Ringgit you spend on ELEMIS products (final price after discount and exclude online shipping) at any ELEMIS Boutique and/or on ELEMIS Website (my.elemis.com), you will receive one point. RM1 = 1 point.


2.Who is eligible to join the ELEMIS Loyalty Program?

Membership is limited to individuals aged 18 years or above who registered an account with a valid phone number & email address, and is limited to one account per individual.


3.How do I join the ELEMIS Membership Rewards?

You can join the membership by purchasing online or at any ELEMIS Boutique in Malaysia. To sign up and purchase online, visit our website here.

4.Will my accumulated points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 365 days from the date of purchase/transaction. Example: Your RM500 purchase and points are accumulated on 5th April 2024, your 500 points will expire on 5th Apr 2025.   


5.How do I access my membership account and check for points? 

Your membership account can be accessed on ELEMIS MY app or via my.elemis.com by logging in with your registered mobile number under ‘My Account’. When you are logged into your account, you can check your membership tier, point balance, and purchase history. You may also visit ELEMIS Boutiques to check your membership points with our Beauty Advisors.


6. How long will it take for the points to be reflected on my account?

For in-store purchase, points will be reflected within 1 day after the transaction.

For online purchase, points will be reflected 10 days after the transaction.

7.How do I redeem my points?

By logging in with your registered mobile number, you can go to 'My account’ to check your points balance and click ‘Redeem my points’ to redeem accordingly. Once you click to redeem your points, the voucher will be created and you may apply the voucher during checkout for your online purchase. You may also visit our stores to redeem your points. Points will be deducted immediately after each point redemption.


8.How do I upgrade to the next membership tier?

Depending on the eligibility for each tier, you’ll need to achieve the accumulated purchase within your current tier. Example: If you’re currently in the Friends of ELEMIS tier, you’ll need an accumulated purchase of RM500 & above within the same tier in order to upgrade to Elite Member. Do note that the accumulated purchase will reset after you’ve been upgraded to a new tier.

9.Will my membership expire?

Yes, your membership will expire 365 days from the date of purchase/transaction, on the last day of the same month. Example: Your membership starts on 5th April 2024, your membership will expire on 30th Apr 2025.
